This is where a tool wins or loses me. I don’t care about a million features if the core workflow is clunky. Here’s how ContentStudio performed on a typical task: finding content and creating a social post from it.

  2. Actually Use the Automation Recipes. Don’t just look at them. Set one up. It takes 5 minutes and can save you hours every month by automatically sourcing and drafting content for you.
  3. Treat the AI as an Assistant, Not an Author. The AI is fantastic for getting you started, but the best results come when you take its suggestions and add your own human touch and brand voice. Don’t just copy-paste.

After a month of living in the platform, I can confidently say ContentStudio delivers on its all-in-one promise. It successfully combines the most critical parts of a content manager’s workflow into a single, cohesive, and affordable package.
