LifeKit Privacy Policy

The short version: LifeKit collects nothing. Everything you create stays on your device, full stop.

Last updated: 12 June 2026

Summary

LifeKit does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data — or any data at all. The app has no internet access, no analytics, no advertising, no accounts, and no third-party services. Your notes, habits, and grocery lists never leave your phone.

No data collected No internet permission No ads No accounts No third parties

1. Who we are

LifeKit (package name com.aisupersmart.lifekit) is a free, fully offline notes, habit tracker, and grocery list app published by AISuperSmart. This policy applies to the LifeKit Android app distributed through Google Play.

2. Data we collect

None. LifeKit collects no personal information, no usage analytics, no crash reports, no device identifiers, no advertising IDs, no location data, and no contact information. We have no servers, no databases of user data, and no way to see anything you do in the app.

3. Where your content lives

Everything you create in LifeKit — notes, tags, habits, streaks, grocery lists, settings, and your optional PIN — is stored exclusively in local storage on your own device. It is never uploaded, synced, or transmitted anywhere.

If you use the in-app backup feature, the backup file is written to a location on your device that you choose. Moving, sharing, or storing that file is entirely under your control.

4. Network access

LifeKit does not request the Internet permission. The Android operating system therefore prevents the app from making any network connection of any kind. The app works identically with Wi-Fi and mobile data switched off — forever.

5. Permissions

LifeKit requests exactly one permission:

  • VIBRATE — used solely to give gentle haptic feedback when you check off a habit or grocery item. It accesses no data of any kind.

No camera, no microphone, no location, no contacts, no storage scanning, no internet.

6. Third parties

LifeKit contains no third-party SDKs: no analytics frameworks, no advertising networks, no crash reporters, no social media integrations, and no tracking libraries. There is no one to share data with, and nothing to share.

7. Android system backups

Automatic Android cloud backup is disabled in LifeKit (android:allowBackup="false"). Your data is not copied to Google’s backup servers by the operating system. The only backups that exist are the ones you create yourself with the in-app backup feature.

8. Deleting your data

Because all data lives only on your device, deletion is fully in your hands:

  • Uninstall the app — all LifeKit data is removed by Android along with the app; or
  • Use the in-app wipe — Settings → “Erase all data” permanently deletes everything inside the app while keeping it installed.

We cannot delete your data for you, because we never have it in the first place.

9. Children

LifeKit is intended for users aged 13 and over, but because it collects no data whatsoever from anyone, it does not — and cannot — collect personal information from children. There is no content in the app that is unsuitable for any age group.

10. Security

Your data is protected by your device’s own security (screen lock, encryption) plus LifeKit’s optional local PIN lock, which you set yourself and which is stored only on your device. Since nothing is transmitted, there is no data in transit to protect.

11. Changes to this policy

If LifeKit’s privacy practices ever change (for example, if a future version adds an optional online feature), we will update this policy at this URL and update the “Last updated” date before the change takes effect. Our commitment to a zero-data-collection core will not change.
