Okay, let’s get real about Sora. It’s a cool tech demo, no doubt. The videos it generates are pretty impressive, especially for something so new. But let’s not get carried away here. It’s still got a long way to go before it’s ready for prime time.
The prompts are a bit finicky. You have to be very specific, or you’ll get some weird, nonsensical output. And the generated videos can be a bit stiff and unrealistic at times. It’s like watching a really well-made CGI movie, but with a bit of uncanny valley thrown in.
Overall, Sora is a promising start, but it’s not quite there yet. I’m excited to see where it goes in the future, but for now, I’m taking it with a grain of salt.
